Neurodiverse & Sensory Products

  • Our neurodiverse-friendly products are designed to support comfort, sensory regulation, focus, and emotional well-being.

  • These products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological conditions.

  • Choking Hazard: Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times when products are used by children or individuals who may require assistance or monitoring.

  • Our products are intended for calm, supervised use only and are not designed for use in ways that could cause harm or injury.

  • The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for the intended use and/or situation.

Candles

  • Candles are for decorative and personal home use only.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable objects, and drafts.

  • Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

  • Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each use.

  • Candles must be used only by individuals capable of responsible and safe use.

Pretty-Busy is not responsible for misuse of any product or failure to follow safety instructions.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD currency

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors, suspected fraud, or misuse of our products.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not our responsibility.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products:

Candles

  • Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective and the item is in its original packaging.

Sensory / Neurodiverse Products

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for items that are opened, used, personalized, or intended for close contact.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We will review each case individually.

6. Allergies & Sensitivities

  • Candles may contain fragrance oils or essential oils.

  • Sensory products may include materials such as silicone, wood, fabric, metal, or other components.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully and contacting us with questions prior to purchase. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse.
